Become a London Leader London Leaders brings together London's leading lights in sustainability, to deliver real change, and inspire others to do the same. The London Sustainable Development Commission is now looking for new London Leaders involved in a diversity of projects, whether it's a pan-London business initiative or a small-scale community project, inspirational and practical sustainability action that delivers tangible benefits is the key. We ask that each London Leader: Participate actively in the programme for 18 months and over that time commit to and deliver a project that goes beyond usual practice and delivers practical, positive change; Play an active role in the London Leaders Network and inspire and motive others to make sustainable change happen; Work in partnership to develop innovative solutions You can find out what other London Leaders have done by clicking here. You can also download our first annual report, 'A Year in the Life of the London Leaders, 2007-08'. Benefits: The opportunity to be part of a pioneering programme and play a key role in the development of sustainability thinking in London; 1:1 support from London Sustainable Development Commission and programme team; Access to innovation and strategic expert advice from the LSDC and networks in London; Brokerage support to facilitate meetings and make contacts; Showcasing of work and high-profile media and promotional opportunities. The 2010 London Leaders will be announced at our Annual Event in January 2010.
