Become a London Leader The London Sustainable Development Commission is looking for new London Leaders from across London involved in a diversity of projects, whether it's a pan-London business initiative or a small-scale community project, inspirational and practical sustainability action that delivers tangible benefits is the key. Commitment: Make public commitment (project/action) to demonstrate integrated, joined up thinking - encompassing the environmental, social and economic components of sustainable development and quality of life (click here to see what current Leaders have pledged) Work in partnership to develop innovative solutions Benefits: 1:1 support from London Sustainable Development Commission and programme team Access to innovation and strategic expert advice from the LSDC and networks in London Brokerage support to facilitate meetings and make contacts Advice on funding and sponsorship options Showcasing of work and high-profile media and promotional opportunities Applications for the 2009 London Leaders are now being accepted and the successful group will be announced in December 2008 at the London Leaders Annual Event.
