Sustainability Experience
Howard has over 30 years experience of environmental management in the U.K.  This has involved working with many organisations to both ensure environmental protection as well as planning for society's growth and development with environmental limits.  He led the Environment Agency's response to both the recent South East Plan and the new proposed London Plan.  He is Chair of the Water Resources in the South East Group and Chair of the Thames River Basin Panel.  He is also a Board member of Thames21, a charitable trust delivering volunteer resources for environmental projects and a Member of the London Waterways Commission.  He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Working together to secure a quality of life for all aspects of London's life. London faces some significant pressures both financially and environmentally.  We will have choices to make as we go forward, lets ensure we have the future in mind as we make those choices not just the here and now.
