Definition of Sustainable Development and why it is important for London
Sustainable development is all embracing. It's about the environment and how we live together as communities. It is also about responsibility to and for others and our stewardship of earth's resources.
London has the potential and ambition to be a world leader. Sustainability is the key to future prosperity, quality of life and to combating climate change.
